I - Understanding and Acceptance of Terms

The Silicon Power Member Service (referred to as "Member Service") is provided by Silicon Power Computer & Communications Inc. (referred to as "Silicon Power" or "the Company"). By completing your Silicon Power member registration or beginning to use this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to accept all contents of these Terms of Service. These terms are established to protect the interests of both the service provider and all users, forming a contract between users and the Member Service provider. The Company may announce modifications or changes to this agreement on our official website, and we recommend you stay informed of such updates. If you continue using this service after any modifications or changes, it will be considered that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept those modifications or changes. If you are a minor, you may only register as a member, use, or continue using this service after your parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this agreement and any subsequent modifications.

II - Your Registration Obligations

To use this service, you agree to the following:

1. Provide accurate and current information about yourself in the required registration fields, without using falsified or altered data for duplicate registrations.

2. Regularly maintain and update the accuracy of your personal information to receive optimal service.

3. For comprehensive member data collection, the Company will collect your personal information according to these member terms, including basic information such as name, email, and contact phone number. To review or modify your member data stored with the Company, please use the member center or contact customer service.

4. If you provide any incorrect or false information, fail to provide information as instructed, or lack necessary data, you may be unable to use some or all member services. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and refuse your use of all or part of this service.

III - Member Services

1. After the Company completes and confirms your membership application, we will provide services based on the current system's available services, items, content, status, and features. The Company reserves the right to add, reduce, or modify all or part of these services, items, content, and features at any time without individual notification.

2. The Company will proactively send various newsletters to members on a regular or irregular basis. If you prefer not to receive member newsletters, please cancel through the member center or contact customer service.

3. For disclaimers regarding member services, please refer to Article 10.

IV - Personal Data Protection

When you use services provided by Silicon Power, you agree that the Company may collect, process, and use your personal data in accordance with Personal Data Protection Laws and related regulations. For detailed information on personal data usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

V - Member Account, Password, and Security

After completing the registration process for this service, you must maintain the confidentiality and security of your password and account. You agree to the following:

1. Members have the obligation to properly safeguard and keep their account passwords confidential, and must not disclose or provide them to third parties. The member holding the specific account and password is responsible for all activities using that account and password with member services.

2. Your account, password, and member benefits are for your personal use and enjoyment only and may not be lent, transferred, or shared with others.

3. If your account and password are stolen, misused, or used in circumstances where the Company cannot verify if you are the actual user, the Company assumes no responsibility for any resulting damages.

4. If a member discovers or suspects their account and password have been impersonated or misused by a third party, the member should immediately notify the Company.

VI - User Legal Compliance Obligations and Commitments

You promise never to use this service for any illegal purposes or in any illegal manner, and commit to complying with relevant laws and all international practices for internet use. You agree and guarantee not to use this service to engage in activities that infringe on others' rights or violate laws, including but not limited to:

1. Publishing or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, aggressive, inappropriate, obscene, false content that violates public order or moral standards, or other illegal text, images, or files in any format.

2. Infringing upon or damaging the Company's or others' reputation, privacy rights, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights.

3. Impersonating others when using this service.

4. Transmitting or distributing computer viruses.

5. Engaging in commercial activities without the Company's prior authorization.

6. Other activities that don't align with the intended use of this service or that the Company reasonably considers inappropriate.

VII - Service Interruption

The Company has the right to stop or interrupt this service under the following circumstances:

1. When necessary maintenance and construction of website electronic communication equipment is required.

2. When sudden electronic communication equipment failures occur.

3. When services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors or circumstances not attributable to the Company.

VIII - Intellectual Property Protection

1. All software, programs, and service content used by the Company, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, service architecture, service interface arrangements, and web design, are legally owned by the Company or other rights holders under intellectual property rights. No one may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or publicly display these without authorization.

2. In respecting others' intellectual property rights, members agree not to engage in activities that infringe on others' intellectual property rights when using the Company's services.

3. If a member is involved in infringement, the Company may suspend all or part of the services or directly cancel the member account.

IX - Refusing or Terminating Your Use

You agree that the Company may, for service quality maintenance considerations and for any reason including but not limited to duplicate, incorrect, or false personal information, intentional impersonation of others, infringement of others' rights, or violation of laws, refuse registration and terminate your password, account, or use of this service.

X - Company Disclaimer

1. The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding member services, including but not limited to stability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness.

2. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from your use of member services, except as otherwise provided by law.

3. If your member service is used by third parties through fraud, coercion, or other illegal means, the Company is not responsible for any damages you may suffer as a result.

XI - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this agreement, as well as disputes related to this agreement, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
