Silicon Power Unleashes its First CUDIMM Under the New XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 Gaming Series
Silicon Power Unleashes its First CUDIMM Under the New XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 Gaming Series

2025-05-16

Taipei, Taiwan – May 16th, 2025 – Silicon Power (SP) is excited to announce the launch of two new high-performance DDR5 memory modules under its acclaimed XPOWER gaming series: the XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB CUDIMM and XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB UDIMM. Leading with top-tier speeds up to 9200MT/s, the company’s first CUDIMM (Clocked Unbuffered DIMM) is a major milestone in its commitment to next-gen memory innovation tailored for elite gamers, overclockers, and PC enthusiasts.

CUDIMM: Power Meets Precision

The XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB CUDIMM combines ultra-fast speeds, robust stability, and compatibility with cutting-edge platforms. With extreme speeds ranging from 8200MT/s to 9200MT/s,[1] the CUDIMM is purpose-built for gamers and overclockers who demand peak performance. Engineered with a built-in Clock Driver (CKD), this module delivers enhanced signal integrity and tighter timing control—key factors for maintaining system stability during demanding workloads. Full support for the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra desktop processors (Series 2) and Intel Z890 series platforms ensures a seamless experience for users building or upgrading to next-gen systems.

Peak Power for Hardcore Gamers

Both the CUDIMM and UDIMM models in the XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 series come equipped with key technologies that elevate gaming experiences. With Intel® XMP 3.0 support, users can effortlessly overclock their systems for maximum speed with a single click. The inclusion of a Power Management IC (PMIC) enhances power efficiency and stability, while On-Die ECC (Error Correcting Code) ensures data integrity and system reliability during intensive gameplay and multitasking. Whether pushing frame rates to the limit or streaming and rendering simultaneously, the XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 modules deliver the responsiveness and consistency serious gamers demand.

Minimalist Design that Performs

Drawing inspiration from minimalist, angular aesthetics, the Cyclone DDR5’s heat sink design emphasizes both form and function. Sharp lines, symmetrical layers, and a futuristic triangular motif echo the adrenaline and energy of competitive esports, while also enhancing thermal airflow for effective cooling during high-performance overclocking. The robust 2mm-thick aluminum heat spreader ensures temperatures remain in check, lowering heat by more than 10°C/50°F[1] for optimal thermal performance. In addition, the modern light bar delivers a stunning and dynamic lighting experience, fully customizable and programmable to sync across all components.

With the launch of its first-ever CUDIMM and the continued evolution of the XPOWER line, Silicon Power reaffirms its commitment to delivering cutting-edge memory solutions that empower gamers to break new records.
