About the Good Design Award
Since its foundation in 1957, the Good Design Award has become one of the most well-known and respected design awards in the world. The “G Mark,” as designed by a Japanese graphic designer, has become an international symbol with a high recognition rate for products with superior design. With a goal of enriching peoples’ lives and society through design, the panel of judges award only those products that excel in five fundamentals: humanity, honesty, innovation, aesthetics, and ethics.
