In 2023, we achieved the goal of zero occupational accidents. We categorize common health issues and seasonal epidemic diseases among colleagues to develop health education topics, updating health promotion information quarterly. We also include contractors in our occupational safety management mechanism to ensure on-site operational safety. We have established a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system, regularly conducting safety risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and taking corresponding preventive measures. We also invest in updating and improving safety equipment to ensure all workplaces meet the highest safety standards. Through regular safety education and training, emergency drills, and the establishment of a safety culture, we ensure every employee possesses the necessary safety awareness and skills. Additionally, we have established an occupational injury reporting and investigation mechanism to ensure that any safety incidents are handled and improved in a timely manner, continuously enhancing workplace safety standards.

 

Employee Training and Development, Learning and Growth

In 2023, 177 employees at the Neihu headquarters and 168 employees at the Xizhi factory participated in training courses. We arrange various regular and irregular educational training sessions, utilizing diverse teaching methods, including in-person and online courses, to provide the most appropriate learning resources. We deeply believe that continuous learning is key to individual and organizational growth, and therefore, we have established a complete talent development system. We offer multi-level training programs, including new employee training, professional skill enhancement, leadership development, and cross-departmental rotations, ensuring every employee receives appropriate development opportunities based on their career plans. We also encourage employees to participate in external study courses and professional certification exams, providing corresponding support and incentives. By fostering a learning organizational culture, we promote internal knowledge exchange and establish an open communication culture, allowing every employee to gain growth and a sense of accomplishment in their work.
