During material selection and development, we strictly follow the "Product Restricted Substance Management Procedure" to comply with regulations such as the EU RoHS Directive on hazardous substances and the REACH chemical registration regulation. We also adhere to the "Product Safety Certification Procedure" to ensure products meet environmental and customer safety requirements. We have established a full-process quality control system from raw material procurement to final product delivery, with strict inspection standards and procedures at every stage. By implementing ISO quality management systems, we ensure all products meet international quality standards. Additionally, we continuously invest in advanced testing equipment and technology, establish comprehensive quality laboratories, and cultivate a professional quality management team to ensure that every product leaving our factory meets customer expectations and needs.
Comprehensive Labeling and International Certification System
To protect consumer rights, we provide comprehensive manufacturer and product information on packaging, including various national certification marks, the EU RoHS hazardous substance restriction directive, WEEE product recycling directive, Green Dot, and local environmental recycling symbols. Before exporting to various countries, we obtain country-specific regulations and electromagnetic compatibility test certifications for each sales region, depending on product attributes. We actively participate in international standardization organizations and continuously engage in relevant industry associations and federations, actively providing feedback and sharing experiences to contribute to the healthy development of the industry. This includes membership in important organizations such as SDA (SD Association), CFA (CompactFlash Association), the Taiwan Commodity Barcode Promotion Center, and the Taipei Computer Association. These participations not only allow us to grasp the latest industry standards and technological trends but also enable us to contribute to the sustainable development of the entire industry.
Customer Satisfaction and Privacy Protection Mechanism
In 2023, domestic customer satisfaction reached 98 points. We have implemented a robust customer complaint management mechanism, allowing customers to provide feedback through designated channels, with dedicated personnel handling and responding to inquiries. Additionally, there were no incidents of customer privacy infringement or data leaks throughout the year, demonstrating our commitment to protecting customer privacy. We have established diverse customer service channels, including phone support, email support, and online customer service systems, ensuring customers can easily access the assistance and support they need. We also regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys, collecting customer feedback and suggestions, and integrating this valuable input into our product improvement and service enhancement processes. In the digital age, we place even greater emphasis on customer data protection, establishing a comprehensive information security management system, including data encryption, access control, and regular security audits, to ensure the most comprehensive protection of customer privacy and data security.
