We share ideas, feedback, and constructive criticism to help each other grow and to unify our strengths to develop better products.
We also share knowledge and have developed a comprehensive training program to increase our employees’ competitiveness and hone each employee’s individual skills. Our personal training map includes our values and company culture, industry information and in-depth product knowledge. We promote self-initiated learning and regular exchange across department borders to help employees see beyond their range of daily tasks.

Caring

Our employees are most valuable to us – without them our business could not operate successfully, let alone grow and prosper. That is why we care about the well-being and happiness of all staff members and strongly support a healthy work-life-balance. We want our employees to give their best at work every day - but we know that to perform well, we all need time to recharge our batteries and focus on the other important areas of life. Our work schedules allow us plenty of time to spend with loved ones and we regularly organize recreational events. Also, our staff can choose from a variety of sports activities such as running, kick-boxing or basketball. These also help to create a great team spirit.
