After running the drive through its paces using 4 GB data sets, it’s apparent that the performance of the V20 is reasonably good.  The write speeds we noticed were in the range of 59 to 67 MB/s, while read speeds peaked out at 110 MB/s for sequential files and 102 MB/s for random files. Synthetic benchmarks showed speeds of 214 MB/s in read tests and 174 MB/s in write tests. In simple words, it’ll take approximately 68 seconds for transferring a 4 GB block of data to the SSD while copying the same will take around 37 seconds or so. Check out the benchmarks below...
