Any problems? RMA Request
Dear Silicon Power customer,
If you encounter any problems regarding Silicon Power products, before filling out an online RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Request Form, please read through our FAQ section or send your question(s) to Service@Silicon-Power.com first, as this may help you in solving the problem(s) more quickly.
| To initiate an RMA request for warranty service, fill in the online RMA Request Form for the product you are returning. |

Please make sure that the quantity and the part number of the RMA product that you are returning is correct in the RMA Request Form. |

Please make sure that the RMA product is within the warranty period. If you are uncertain, please contact service@silicon-power.com. |

Silicon Power and the customer shall share the shipping charges equally.
Firstly, the customer shall pay for the shipping charges to Silicon Power in order to receive onsite warranty service.
Then, Silicon Power will be responsible for paying the shipping charges back to the customer. |
| ※ Remind you , It might be have the risk of shipment lost if you send the goods by the ordinary mail , the customer service center suggest that please package your product properly and be sure to use formal postal envelope or undamaged envelope to send it out by registered mail in order to any product lost or damage to the envelope .
