Techtree.com rating: 4 stars
Techtree’s editors commented E10 has not only the performance but also the look, plus the perfect fitting in packaging. Except for high speed and low power consumption, E10’s intra-drive copy performance is also superb, making it ideal to be used in servers too. “It is a known fact that an SSD has a limited lifespan due to the inherent nature of flash memory, but then with wear-leveling, E10 should last for around 10 years based on the given specifications.”, said by the editor. PC Magazine editor emphasized its read/write speed and ECC function, which was very suitable for netbooks and laptops.
Silicon Power’s 2.5” SSD uses high grade controllers and quality flash modules; noiseless, low power consumption while in operation. With no mechanical or moving parts, SSDs failure rates are dramatically reduced. In addition, coupled with Error Correcting Code (ECC) and wear leveling technology, they can effectively extend lifespan and ensure exceptional stability.
